Frost & Sullivan Recognizes Trustwave for Leadership in Managed Security Services

Trustwave received the Frost & Sullivan North American Managed Security Service Providers Growth Leadership Award for the company’s accomplishments in managed security services.

Trustwave, a leading provider of cloud-based compliance and information security solutions, received the Frost & Sullivan North American Managed Security Service Providers Growth Leadership Award for the company’s accomplishments in managed security services.

The Frost & Sullivan Award for Growth Leadership is presented to companies that are predicted to experience significant growth in their industries, have identified emerging trends before they became the standard in the marketplace, and have created advanced technologies that will catalyze and transform industries in the near future.

Frost & Sullivan took particular notice of:

  • Trustwave’s ability to meet the ever-evolving demands for a diverse client base;
  • Trustwave’s innovation and acquisition of new technologies;
  • The breadth and depth of Trustwave’s advanced security services;  and
  • The unique threat intelligence gleaned from Trustwave SpiderLabs.

“The Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) market continues to evolve and grow as a greater number of businesses become more accepting of outsourcing security services,” said Michael Suby, Stratecast VP of Research at Frost & Sullivan. “Although the market remains competitive, MSSPs are showing signs of strong growth as they expound upon their portfolio of services. Trustwave is a growth leader among MSSPs, largely due to its ability to adapt to that changing market by offering services and technologies today’s companies need most.”

Trustwave Managed Security Services continue to receive global recognition, including recently being a finalist for the SC Magazine Europe award for Best Integrated Security Solution. Trustwave was also named a “Leader” in the March 2012 “Forrester Wave™: Managed Security Services: North America, Q1 2012” report and was one of the top vendors “that matter most,” whom Forrester invited to participate in its evaluation of assessing the state of the managed security services provider market.
